| He identified the “Critical Miss” problem as not knowing your audience or implementing strategies that appeal directly to that audience. It sounds simple, but too often knowledge of the audience is assumed, and therefore the message is misdirected. As a result, companies create boundaries between their products, services and customers by failing to effectively communicate knowledge, value and enthusiasm about their business.
