Jason Gaylord founded Spotlight10 in 2003.
He is an experienced business development and marketing wiz that has used his expertise to help small to mid-size companies move into a stronger position in the marketplace. Jason has turned his ideas, concepts and methodologies into a number of products including our 10-Step "Success" System, compelling seminars and a future "Business Qualification/Certification Listing."
Prior to founding Spotlight10, Jason worked as a consultant for local broker/insurance agencies. He developed sales strategies and drove an integrated team environment. As President and Founder of Lethal Media Group, he led two venture capital rounds, developed the company's infrastructure and outlined best practices for all marketing communications.
Jason currently sits on the board of an International IT company with offices in Seattle, New York, London and Chandigarh, India.
Gordon Ziemkowski, Co-CFO “Business is about numbers, specifically accruing numbers without losing too many numbers. Spotlight 10’s concentrated techniques mean less numbers spent, more numbers earned.”
Gordon constructed thirty years of public accounting experience before joining Spotlight10. Currently, he is a principal in the firm of Strategic CFO Services providing contract services to clients. He has worked with diverse clientele ranging from entrepreneurs, to service businesses, to processing/manufacturing companies. Prior to joining Spotlight10 Gordon was a Partner at RSM McGladrey, LLP, the fifth largest accounting firm in the US. He is known for his ability to structure companies to grow successfully.
Gordon’s affiliations are numerous: Licensed CPA (State of WA); Member, American Institute of CPAs; Member, Washington Society of CPAs; The Principa Alliance; and Seattle University Accounting Advisory Board.
Patrice Smith, Co-CFO “I’ve built a successful company. Believe me, I understand the importance of utilizing every dollar wisely.”
Patrice worked for over twenty-five years in accounting, finance, and tax. She has worked with diverse clientele ranging from technology to retail industries. Patrice successfully built a sole-proprietor CPA firm that later merged into a larger firm in 1996. She possesses a strong ability to provide strategy and vision for her clients, assisting them in growing their business in a structured way.
Patrice received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Washington.

Bob Reynolds has more than 30 years experience developing businesses by creating and implementing effective sales and marketing operational strategies. His experience in helping companies spans from retail, wholesale, manufacturing, service and the consulting sectors. Bob was directly responsible for increasing sales of an IT staffing company from $2 - $10M in one year while increasing profit margins; increasing sales of a National IT project from $2-$8M in two years; directing the NW Region of National Advertising Specialties Manufacturer from 14th overall to 1st place in one year; developing a National Quick Print Franchise into the largest volume single store location in under 5 years; and increased sales of 65 year old decorative lighting store 700% in a 7 year period while increasing profit margins.
Bob currently sits on the board of an International IT company he started with offices in Seattle, New York, London and Chandigarh, India. He is also part owner of a franchised International Web Solutions Development company with operations in 20 countries, including, US, Canada, Mexico, UK, France, Spain, Germany, the Netherlands among others.
Amy Hughes, Operations Manager “I’ve seen too many resources flow out of the office door for no reason. Spotlight 10 puts the reason into marketing investment.”
Prior to joining Spotlight10, Amy worked as an office manager at Lakeview Design & Construction where she was responsible for customer service, advertising, marketing activities, and financial coordination. She also worked as an Event Consultant for the Baker St. House of Ballard where she coordinated an average of 50 events annually. Amy worked as a Marketing/Communications Manager of a publishing company for over twenty years. She has worked with a variety of clients including Centex Homes, Shea Homes of California, Pendleton Clothiers, Penzoil, and NADA, among others.
Betty Pham, Production Manager “A company’s size shouldn’t matter; unnecessary spending is still unnecessary. Money that produces revenue however, is money well spent indeed.”
As a project manager for Spotlight10, Betty works closely with clients to track and analyze their advertising and marketing campaigns. She collaborates with creatives, web developers, and media engineers to execute campaign deliverables. Betty is known for being a strong leader and for her ability to handle multiple tasks while still maintaining a passion for her work.
Prior to Spotlight10, Betty worked as a Production Planner for Nordstrom, Inc. for five years. She was responsible for the selection, planning, allocation, and execution of current and forecasted orders. Betty also worked as an assistant buyer for The Bon Macy’s.
Liz Kiley, Marketing Director “Consumers are looking to be more involved in your brand – they have a voice and want direct influence on what is created for them, and smart brands are listening…we can help you push the limits of conversation, the right visuals, and sounds to make a difference with your audience.”
Prior to Spotlight10, Liz has been a co-founder of emurge - a modern day agency that is a mecca for creative ideas combining marketing, branding, cognitive science and technology together.
As Marketing Director, Liz brings 20 years of expertise where she has supported entrepreneurs and small to mid sized businesses recreate their story. Focused on services such as business plan development; strategic and tactical marketing; sales planning and implementation; public relations functions; and branding development. Prior to Spotlight10, in 2000 she founded emurge – a modern day agency in Seattle. She has also held various strategic marketing positions in the high-tech, entertainment, and retail industries - branding or repositioning over 30 brands spanning athletic footwear to the most cutting-edge .COMs.

Prior to Spotlight10, Gordon has been a co-founder of emurge, as well leading his own Design firm.
Gordon offers Avidity Group 20 years of design leadership experience that elevates any project to a higher standard of quality. As Creative Director driving design influence across media and communications, his visual direction defines originality without regard to which media the task requires. He is uniquely fluent in brand and identity invention, with an intuitive understanding of the branding process and marketing goals of each client.
Kyle Myers, Lead Creative Kyle Myers, a Creative Director for Spotlight10, manages the design and development team with projects ranging from e-commerce websites to corporate identity packages. He combines creativity and technology when developing brand identities and visual communications. He has a strong background in project management and is a detail oriented problem solver. He has also coordinated various marketing and promotional strategies.
Before coming to Spotlight10, Kyle owned and operated DigitalTrendz Design where he specialized in web development and graphic design. Kyle was also a Director of Design at Lethal Media Group.
Tonya Hughes, Media Director Legendary for seeing the fun and freshness with almost everything she does, Tonja Hughes can make media planning and buying an efficient, educative and exciting process. A media planner buyer for 15 years in Philadelphia, Denver and Seattle, Tonja brings a wealth of experience from various industries including retail grocers, dental, law, vision, arts & entertainment, technology, travel and restaurants. Tonja is well versed in cost effective media that includes broadcast, print, online, outdoor and direct mail.
Tonja brings a Bachelor's degree in marketing and international business from Temple University and a Master's degree in mass communication research from the University of Colorado.
